Our counseling center exists to make a difference in your life by showing you how to become the best version of yourself. For the past 12 years, I have helped clients grow as individuals, and a session with me will provide you with comfort, empathy, and an opportunity to be you. I focus on Temperament Therapy, Family Therapy & Couples' Therapy. I help clients identify co-dependency and I use therapy approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, apathy, and related challenges.
